International Company Birthday

A corporate event celebrating the 15th anniversary of an international company in Georgia, gathering 80 people to mark this milestone.

The event concept was “For the Love of Work”. The CEO’s main wish: “Impress our company!”

What we organized:

Completely different tasks for each day

Considering that one of the client’s key principles was active recreation, we organized:

A nature excursion for all event participants. The program included horseback riding, team-building activities, and a tasting of Georgian wines.

We built two stages, placed special emphasis on lighting, and incorporated mirrored surfaces, sparkling chandeliers, floral arrangements, and art installations with disco balls — perfectly capturing the legendary club’s atmosphere.

The evening’s main performers were the bands Splean and Lyapis Trubetskoy, with Evgeny Perlin serving as the host for the event.

We organized the main event at one of the best venues in Georgia.
The evening’s concept was inspired by the magical world of Shakespeare and his play "A Midsummer Night’s Dream."

Every detail of the decor embodied a triumph of elegance and sophistication: art installations, a three-meter cake, large floral arrangements, and vintage chandeliers. Two stages were built, and three LED screens were installed to broadcast the evening.
